Rehbar Post collects information you provide directly, including account registration details (name, email, mobile number, business name), shipping information (pickup and delivery addresses, consignee details), payment information (processed via PCI-compliant payment partners — we never store raw card data), and communications with our support team.

How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide, improve, and personalise our logistics services. This includes processing shipments and tracking updates, calculating shipping rates, sending transactional notifications, processing payments and COD remittances, and improving our AI-driven courier selection and RTO prediction systems.
Sharing of Information
We share shipment data with courier partners solely to fulfil deliveries. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics tools) under strict confidentiality agreements.
Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years as required under Indian tax law. Shipment-level data is retained for 3 years from dispatch. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting support.
Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf, and withdraw consent for processing at any time.
Security
We use TLS 1.3 for data in transit, AES-256 for sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls, regular third-party penetration testing, and are pursuing SOC 2 Type II compliance.
